3. Preferential Pricing for Higher-Value Fiat Payments

The following proposed tiers are subject to agreement and confirmation in the quote. Unless a preferential tier has been agreed, the standard fee applies. The applicable minimum fee remains EUR 25 for SEPA and USD 50 or equivalent for SWIFT.

Amount of one payment
Up to and including 50,000
SEPA fee
0.70%
SWIFT fee
0.90%
Amount of one payment
More than 50,000 up to and including 250,000
SEPA fee
0.50%
SWIFT fee
0.70%
Amount of one payment
More than 250,000
SEPA fee
From 0.30%, by agreement
SWIFT fee
From 0.50%, by agreement

Thresholds are denominated in EUR for SEPA and USD equivalent for SWIFT. The agreed tier rate applies to the entire amount of a single payment, not only the portion above a threshold. For a SWIFT payment in another currency, the quote must state the conversion basis used to determine its USD equivalent and minimum fee. For payments above 250,000, the exact rate must be agreed before acceptance; a “from” rate is not a guaranteed price.

4. Payment Calculation and Charging Options

Calculation base. Fiat payment service fees are calculated on the instructed payment amount intended for the beneficiary, excluding the service fee itself. Unless the quote states otherwise, the client funds the instructed amount plus the service fee and any separately disclosed charges.

SEPA example. For an instructed payment of EUR 10,000, the standard service fee is EUR 70. The client provides EUR 10,070, excluding any separately disclosed conversion or third-party charges.

SWIFT example. For an instructed payment of USD 10,000, the standard service fee is USD 90. The client provides USD 10,090, excluding any separately disclosed conversion or third-party charges.

SWIFT charging options. Where supported by the payment partner, the quote specifies the applicable SHA or OUR arrangement. Under SHA, intermediary or beneficiary bank charges may reduce the amount received. Under OUR, applicable bank charges are borne by the sender under the partner’s product terms. No guarantee of receipt of an exact net amount is made unless expressly confirmed for the relevant route.

5. Combined Digital Asset and Fiat Transactions

A transaction involving both a digital asset conversion and a fiat payment may involve more than one service. Before acceptance, the quote must identify whether these services are priced separately or offered as a single package, with no duplicate charging of the same service.

Illustrative example: digital asset conversion yielding an instructed SEPA payment amount of EUR 10,000. If the agreed conversion fee is 0.50% on a EUR 10,000 calculation base, the conversion service fee is EUR 50. The standard SEPA service fee is EUR 70. Combined service fees are EUR 120, before any separately disclosed network, currency conversion, or third-party charges. This example illustrates separately priced services only; actual funding requirements and amounts received depend on the accepted quote.

Custody charges, if applicable, are separate from transaction fees and accrue only under an agreed custody arrangement. A transfer network cost is not automatically incurred for every internal conversion or fiat payment; only applicable charges are included in the quote.

6. Currency Conversion and Third-Party Charges

Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion charge must be disclosed before the client confirms the transaction. A conversion cost already included in a quoted price must not be represented as an additional undisclosed fee.

Correspondent bank, beneficiary bank, payment partner, and blockchain network charges may apply depending on the service and route. Known charges are disclosed before acceptance. Where a third-party deduction cannot be determined in advance, the quote must state this limitation and the applicable charging arrangement rather than describe the transaction as unconditionally “all-inclusive”.
